My interest in natural health and enthusiasm for enjoying life lead me to research and acquire new knowledge that expands my resources to make them available to everyone and support you to maintain or regain the ‘balance at all levels.

• Shiatsu therapist in Movement and auxiliary therapies (moxa, Sotai, AID,…) of the Dhimahi school, endorsed by APSE and FES
• Extension training in Shiatsu and massage techniques. Course approved by the Dhamma Center with Official Certification of Professionalism.
• Reflexology therapist. Course approved by the Dhamma Center with Official Certification of Professionalism
• Sound therapist (gong bath, Tibetan bowls…).
• Initiated in Usui Reiki method.
• Archetype Healing by Colin Bloy.
• Courses held in Dietetics and Nutrition, Metamorphic Massage, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, among others.
